That fateful Tuesday
I got out and voted today, it was my first time voting in Texas. (behind me the boyfriend just said "If you don’t vote you are lame") I will probaly be working when the results come in, so I have to wait to find out what happened when I got home.
I don’t think I have to tell anyone how important voting is, especially voting local. This is your daily life people, this is your tax money, your schools, your way of being, the people who you count on to protect you in your little corner of the world.
Don’t be lame.
I voted, too. It’s depressing that there is a 90 minute wait for any ride at Universal Studios tonight, and 3 empty booths at my precinct. If you give up your right to vote you give up your right to complain.
